I've been a patient of Gallop Family Dentistry for 3 years and, from the beginning, have had confidence that both Dr.Gallop and Katherine are caring for me in exactly the same way they would care for a family member of theirs. That's a REALLY nice perception to have!!! I enjoy both the atmosphere of the office and the quality of dental care I receive!

Our family has been going to Dr Gallop since shortly after we moved back here in '04. I had some problems from work done by another dentist, and tried Dr Gallop in desperation to fix it. He took the time to work out with me what was wrong and fixed it on the 1st try! All of the co-workers and friends that we have sent here have also had great experiences.

New to the area last December, my daughter (age 5) Husband and I see Dr Gallop and the team and are very pleased. Can't say my teeth have ever felt cleaner, Katherine does an excellent job- gentle but thorough. My daughter enjoys coming and leaves smiling. I would recomend to any family.

I have always had a good experience with Dr. Gallop. I am not a fan of going to the dentist in general but they do a good job of relaxing me and they are very thorough in their cleaining and assessment.

My family of 4 has been seeing Dr. Gallop for several years, and we have all been pleased with his service and professionalism. Dr. Gallop and his staff treat each of us so well - from routine cleanings to crowns and referrals for other services (root canal, orthodontics, etc.). I trust him to be thorough and reasonable in his treatment plans. He talks to each patient individually and gives options in a forthright manner. Whenever I've had a problem, I have not had to wait for an appointment. The whole staff is caring and takes good care of us! I would definitely recommend Dr. Gallop to anyone.

I first met with Dr. Gallop in October 2008 to obtain a 2nd opinion related to 5 crowns which my dentist in Austin said I was in line for. Dr. Gallop and his staff were very kind and professional. After x-rays were taken, Dr. Gallop concluded that I did not need any crowns.

Needless to say, I was convinced and impressed with Dr. Gallop's honesty and I informed him that I would be switching to him for my new dentist. I was scheduled for routine teeth cleaning and examination in early April 2009. Part of a tooth broke 3 days prior to my appointment on a Sunday night. I called early Monday morning and fortunately Dr. Gallop had time to see me that same day and he also fitted me with a temporary crown. I am very sensitive to pain and having dental work.

Dr. Gallop and his assistant were both very gentle and they explained the forthcoming procedures in detail. Later that day, I received a follow up call from Dr. Gallop's office, which I very much appreciated.

I feel blessed and fortunate to have found Dr. Gallop, and I will be recommending him to all my friends. Thanks Dr. Gallop and Staff for your awesome care and patience!

Katherine, the dental hygienist, is upfront, honest and simply outstanding. She takes a personal interest in her patients and it shows in her work! Dr. Gallop, is friendly, and personable, he takes the extra step to make sure you are cared for correctly!

I moved to Austin approximately 2 years ago and left a dentist that I absolutely loved. I went to him for years. I had the misfortune of going to several less qualified dentists as a young child and have been traumatized from those experiences, so the thought of having to find another exceptional dentist was frightening. Then I was referred to you. WOW!! Oh my gosh, my prayers were answered! A caring, soft spoken and gentle dentist. I couldn't have asked for more. You were attentive and concerned about my tooth problems and made every effort to make my visits as painless as possible. You provided superb service and I'll recommend you to everyone I know. I can't ask for a better dentist. I feel very fortunate to have found you.

We originally went to Dr. Gallop's office because the location was convenient and I had heard excellent comments from friends. He is not in our network, but it was worth it to us. His rates were very reasonable and he explained everything at every visit. My girls are very comfortable going there. Dr. Gallop has answered so many questions while we went through braces and wisdom teeth extractions at other offices.

About 2 years ago I moved from the North Austin area to the Oak Hill area down south and decided that even though I was extremely happy with Dr. Gallop and everyone in his office, it was a long drive. I took my son to a different dentist and it took that one time for me to realize that the long drive is well worth it!!! Dr. Gallop is kind, very polite and SO patient with the little ones! My whole family and I go there and we are all very happy with him, his staff and office!!! God bless!

Our entire family has the privilege of being blessed by Dr. John Gallop and his team. Specifically, he is very gifted with children. This week our four year old and ten year old needed dental work. He showed great care and patience with each. He also gave them a sense of security and made it a pleasant visit. He showed great sensitivity with and for my kids. Recently I had a tooth that I thought could not be repaired. He not only gave me multiple options, but repaired the tooth. Before I left, I turned to him and said, "Now I can smile again with confidence." His dental work on our entire family has been fantastic; not to mention he is very fair on all charges and works with many dental plans. His staff has made my family feel at home and welcomed and are very professional. He and his staff are blessing to our neighborhood.

Dr. Gallop and his office staff are extremely helpful, kind and gentle. I have had nothing but extremely wonderful, courteous service at their office. Katherine, MY hygienist (I always request her) makes me feel like we are the closest of friends! She ROCKS!!! They treat you like family and take the time to answer questions. Dr. Gallop was not happy with one of my fillings (that he did not do) and offered to redo it for me - free of charge (please don't go in and ask for free procedures :) This is a great family business and everyone has an awesome sense of humor. They are also extremely professional - Two Thumbs UP!!!
